Continuing his Africa tour from Chad to Ethiopia, French Foreign Affairs Minister Jean-Noel Barrot, says "We are changing our military posture with the intention of reconfiguring our partnerships in coordination with our African partners.” His statement during a meeting in Addis Ababa, with the Africa Union Commission and its chair, Moussa Faki Mahamat, comes a day after Chadian Foreign Minister Abderaman Koulamallah, announced the termination of the defense cooperation agreement between the Sahel nation and the former colonial power.
