Kosovo's Prime Minister Albin Kurti accuses Serbia of orchestrating an explosion that damaged a key canal feeding two of its main power plants. “Serbia is the only entity with the capacity, means and motive to commit such an act,” says Kurti after visiting the site of the explosion.
