Friends and family attend the funeral of Yevgen Matveyev, the former mayor of Dniprorudne in the Zaporizhzhia region, who died in Russian captivity two years ago. His body was discovered in a body swap only a month ago. Visibly moved, Oleksandr Yakovenko, a friend of Matveyev speaks fondly of him: "Until his last day, he was engaged in evacuating the population, providing for the city, and the life of the community."
