Rescue workers are continuing to search under the rubble after an explosion destroyed a block of flats in The Hague, burying an unknown amount of people. "The reality is that there is still a very small chance of survival. We are looking at the worst-case scenario," says The Hague's mayor Jan van Zanen during a press conference. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
