Medical professionals from the Mobile Medical Units, an initiative funded by the Stavros Niarchos Foundation, disembark on the remote Greek island of Sikinos to provide free primary health care to locals who would otherwise struggle to get treatment. "To tell you the truth, you don't feel safe," says English teacher Dina Christodoulou, bemoaning the lack of healthcare services on the island. "For a start, there is no pharmacy on the island.
