"The only way we will stop those [migration] flows and even have hundreds of thousands of Venezuelans coming back voluntarily is with a democratic transition," says Venezuelan opposition leader Maria Corina Machado during a virtual press conference ahead of President Nicolas Maduro's swearing-in ceremony on January 10.
