Billy Navarrete, head of the Committee for the Defense of Human Rights (CDH), and other groups condemn Ecuadorian Defense Minister Gian Carlo Loffredo's call for "sanctions" against Judge Tanya Loor, who ruled on the forced disappearance of four minors in a military operation in Guayaquil.
