Residents of Altadena attempt to enter the fire zone, now protected by the National Guard to prevent looting. They share views on the responsibility for the disaster. "I think it's a combination of 50/50 -- you know, government could have done a better job... Also nature, climate change. Too many fingers to point at this moment that I don't have time, more so thinking about where am I going to live?" says Altadena resident Jennifer Aguilera. "There was no water, not enough water.
