British treasurer Rachel Reeves meets Chinese Vice Premier He Lifeng at the Fourth China-UK Financial Services Summit in Beijing, amid bond market turmoil back home.
Speaking at the reopening of long-suspended finance talks between the two countries, Reeves says that London is a "natural home" for Chinese finance, calling to "work together even closer on regulatory cooperation".
