The United States is taking a step in the "right direction" in announcing it would remove Cuba from its list of state sponsors of terrorism, Cuba's Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez says. "I think one of the consequences of President Biden's decision... is that the list of countries that sponsor terrorism has been demolished. It no longer exists," he adds in a press conference.
