Description
The red lightship Suriname-Rivier, dated 1910, at the open air museum in Nieuw Amsterdam, Suriname. The lightship, docked, is falling into disrepair; there is a campaign to save it. We see the ship's tall red light tower, mast and rigging against the background of grass, tropical trees and blue sky with clouds.
