Description
It took four years for Flavien Perdriel's apples, a producer in France's Normandy region, to obtain the "organic" status. The transition was facilitated by Beyond Green, a young French agri-food company that supports farmers during their conversion to organic farming practises by paying them "45% more than conventional farming" to help them through the first three transitional years.
