As part of an "everyday safety"-themed visit to the Drôme department, French Interior minister Bruno Retailleau says that the country needs to "change course" on juvenile violence, because, according to him, there is an "appalling trend of younger killers and, of course, younger victims." The Minister of the Interior took part in a ceremony in Valence marking the 81st anniversary of the assassination of the Manouchian Group.
