Western ambassadors and Russian citizens in Moscow lay flowers at site of Kremlin critic Boris Nemtsov's murder on the 10th anniversary of his death. Those gathered at the memorial say there is an atmosphere of "fear". "I myself am scared and very sad at the same time that very few people are coming today with flowers," says Egor, a historian.
