Austrian President Alexander Van der Bellen swears in a new conservative-led government with People's Party (OeVP) leader Christian Stocker as chancellor. The swearing in of the three-party coalition marks the end of Austria's longest stretch without a government in modern history, since the far right Freedom Party (FPOe) won elections in September for the first time and subsequently failed to form a government.
