People in Riga speak of their pride after Latvian film "Flow" - a dialogue-free tale of animals surviving disaster - won the Oscar for best animated feature. "It's rarely that we had these prizes. I don't remember actually the last time we had something (like that)", says 28-year-old wedding photographer Sandra Dzene. "It brings out the Latvian name in the world and that's very important to us", adds 27-year-old graduate Gustavs Viksne. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
