A small group of Ukrainians gather outside the US embassy in Kyiv as the country was rocked by overnight strikes that killed at least 14 people and wounded dozens more. This comes days after US President Donald Trump paused American military and intelligence support for Ukraine, and days ahead of talks between US and Ukrainian negotiators to secure a truce. “We are being accused of wanting to live,” said demonstrator Anastasia Rozlutska outside the embassy. “I have the impression that we have been in some kind of alternative reality for a few days now,” she added.
