Cuts to US Aid have created a "huge" gap in funding which has already affected HIV, AIDS, TB and Malaria programmes in Zimbabwe, according to the Southern African nation's Minister of Health, Douglas Mombeshora. "The gap that has been created is huge because we are talking of between 300 and 400 million US dollars and we are working towards covering that gap gradually," Mombeshora tells a press conference in the capital, Harare.
