In London, thousands of protesters wave flags and hold placards as they march in support of Palestinians. A small group of counter-protesters carries Israeli flags. The march ends at Whitehall, where former Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn holds a speech. "We're coming out hopefully pleading to our government that they stop Israel carrying on with those atrocities and allow it to open for humanitarian aid," says Ismail Patel, who is the chair of Friends of Al-Aqsa.
