BYD Executive Vice-President Stella Li says the Chinese car manufacturer "will be very transparent, very open" as the European Union Commission opens an inquiry into possible subsidies by the Chinese government to help the auto-maker open its new plant in Hungary. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
