European Commission Vice President Stephane Sejourne visits Europe's number two steel maker, Thyssenkrupp, in Duisburg, Germany, a day after the EU announced an action plan to strengthen Europe's steel industry in the wake of US tariffs. During the visit Sejourne discusses the EU's new plan and says it is "for our independence, our economic and material sovereignty as a European continent."
