Britain's Heathrow airport, Europe's busiest, was closed Friday because of a fire at an electrical substation supplying power to the facility, the operators said. "Heathrow is experiencing a significant power outage. To maintain the safety of our passengers and colleagues, Heathrow will be closed until 23:59 (2359 GMT) on 21 March," a statement on the airport's website said. STOCKSHOTS
