Description
Good Thursday morning!
Thursday will be dry across Ohio, but the remnants of Helene will bring rain and gusty winds to Ohio Friday. A 10 TV Weather Impact Day has been issued on Friday due to rain and wind.
Rain amounts will vary across the region, with 1-2" expected across far southern Ohio, and 0.50-1.00" expected closer to the I-70 corridor. Closer to 0.25-.75" expected across Marion, Morrow, and Knox counties.
The wind will be rather strong on Friday, as gusts could exceed 36 mph in some spots. The wind will be much lower on Saturday and Sunday with scattered showers.
Rain chances remain high through about Tuesday of next week, then high pressure builds back into the area, leading to drier, and sunnier weather.
