A jacket will be required this morning as most of us are waking up in the 40s and lower 50s! This will be the coldest morning of the week.
This afternoon, skies clear and temperatures climb back into the upper 70s, making us about 5 degrees warmer than yesterday.
Skies remain clear overnight and temperatures, once again, fall into the 50s. Change finally starts to set in Thursday afternoon. Highs will climb back to the upper 70s and 80s under mostly sunny skies.
Seasonal temps Friday and looking pleasant for the first week of high school football, with progressively warmer and more humid weather starting Saturday and going through the middle of next week.
The next shot of showers/storms that we're tracking holds off until Sunday, and even that chance is slim. A better chance of needed rainfall looks to arrive by the middle of next week. vg v
