A San Diego Superior Court judge ruled Tuesday that convicted cop killer Meki Gaono will not have his case transferred to juvenile court, upholding his adult conviction for the 2006 murder of Oceanside Police Officer Daniel Bessant. Gaono, at the time of the murder, was 17-years-old and was tried as an adult.
