Three people are recovering from a violent crash Wednesday on State Route 163. The accident was captured on video by another nearby driver. A spokesperson for CHP told CBS 8 the 22-year-old driver of a 2024 Subaru was involved in a collision with a big rig, causing the Subaru to veer off the freeway into the ice plant on the side of the road.
