Jury deliberations continued Monday morning in the murder trial against Jesse Alvarez, the man accused of gunning down his ex-girlfriend's fiancé out of jealousy. The jury got the case on Friday afternoon and spent a few hours deliberating before going home for the weekend. Alvarez is accused of first-degree murder in the death of Mario Fierro, a Cathedral Catholic High School teacher.
