Customs and Border Patrol officials responded to a mass casualty incident at the Southern Border on Saturday that left several migrants injured. At least 10 migrants were injured after falling from the border wall. San Diego Fire-Rescue said the incident happened at around 4 p.m. near the Tijuana River Valley. “It’s absolutely dangerous," said immigration rights advocate Pedro Rios. When crews arrived at the scene they found 10 people with various injuries. Some suffered broken bones.
