Clogged storm drains and flood channels led to more flooding across the county during Tuesday's heavy rain. Crews raced around to try and clean up the mess, but neighbors who were affected told CBS 8 that it’s very frustrating. “I didn't sleep last night,” said Shelly Parks. The Mission Hills resident heard the rain and feared the worst. Her street flooded during the last storm, causing a lot of damage. “It filled all the way up and absolutely flooded our parking garage to three feet deep, which included losing three cars and all of the storage units for 24 units," Parks said.
