City of San Diego crews are trying to return dozens of family photos, after discovering them following last week’s devastating floods. "You see the babies, you see the moms, you see all these generations of families together," said Ramon Galindo, a city spokesperson. Cleanup crews found the pictures on January 30 in Southcrest Trails Park, which sits adjacent to the flood channel that overflowed on January 22 causing widespread devastation.
