San Diego has been named the worst city in the country for parking. It's also ranked among the most expensive, according to a new study by car subscription service Finn. Three California cities — including Riverside and Long Beach — made the top 10 list for worst parking, but San Diego takes first place on availability. CBS 8 spoke with San Diego drivers who said it's difficult to find parking on a regular basis. “On Friday nights it’s like circling for 20 minutes," said San Diegan Kevin Chen. San Diego resident Spencer Kemp agreed. “[It] took us a while to find parking, and it could be better I would say," he said. The research looked at parking prices, the number of electric vehicle charging options and the number of wheelchair-accessible parking spaces.
