Surveillance video shows the moment a suspected shooter opened fire inside a Chula Vista restaurant the night of Saturday, October 28. Four people were shot at the Otay Ranch Town Center, Chula Vista police confirm. The owner of Novo Brazil Brewing shared the surveillance video featured in this video with CBS 8 and requested that we blur out the customers that were inside the restaurant and the time of the shooting.
