Sunday, October 29th from 5:30 pm- 7:30 pm, o The Piazza della Famiglia will be activated with Nightmare Before Christmas themed décor including spooky spider webs and standing pumpkin decorations, and a Jack Skellington photo opp o This year marks the first year India Street will be closed for the celebration, meaning families really will be taking over the neighborhood to enjoy some of the best trick-or-treating in San Diego! o Families will be able to pick up their map of participating businesses at the Oogie Boogie booth in the Piazza della Famiglia
