The deep Marine Layer will extend to the Foothills. This will keep cool and cloudy weather throughout the region as a pair of Low Pressures work their way down from the west coast and eventually into the Rockies. The Marine Layer will clear slightly in the Inland Valleys with only a partial clearing in the Coastal strip. San Diego County residents could see light rain throughout the region Thursday as the areas of Low Pressure move through southern California.
