Description

A man involved in a double-fatal hit-and-run crash in the Bay Terraces neighborhood turned himself into authorities. Tony Garcia, 53, confessed to San Diego Police Department officers that he was the driver behind the wheel of a Ford-150 Truck that hit and killed two women on May 14. Garcia initially fled the scene and did not turn himself in to authorities until Monday, May 15, according to SDPD.
