A warm and sunny weekend is ahead across San Diego County as a ridge of high pressure dominates the forecast. Expect afternoon highs to peak in the upper 70s along the coast and mid 80s inland on Friday under sunny blue skies. Mountain and desert microclimates will see their warmest temperatures on Saturday. From Sunday through next week, temperatures will balance out toward average as a marine layer re-develops most mornings and allows for cloud cover to return.
