Chopper 8 was high above a huge sinkhole in Encinitas. We reported on this sinkhole as the week of March 13 wrapped up. The City of Encinitas told CBS 8 that all utilities were successfully relocated and crews are focused on stabilizing the bottom of the sinkhole with rock and grout.
