Veronica Macedo from the Chicano Federation talked about the special celebration and how they are paying it forward. • The Chicano Federation of San Diego County will host a Hispanic Heritage Celebration event to celebrate the Hispanic/Latino culture and contributions to the local community on Friday September 30that 5 PM at Mujerers Brew House • The event will also celebrate Chicano Federation’s 53th anniversary, where guests will be treated to Latino-inspired cuisine and entertainment while celebrating this milestone. • Tickets are available for $75 per guest, and sponsorships begin at $1,000.
