We closed out summer with more near seasonal heat on Wednesday. But now, as we transition to the start of the fall season, expect a gradual warm up each day into early next week -- when temps will peak about 10 degrees above seasonal. For Thursday, however, we'll only be a hair above normal by the afternoon with highs in the mid and upper 70s along the coast and mid 80s for inland valleys.
