Description
We closed out summer with more near seasonal heat on Wednesday. But now, as we transition to the start of the fall season, expect a gradual warm up each day into early next week -- when temps will peak about 10 degrees above seasonal.
For Thursday, however, we'll only be a hair above normal by the afternoon with highs in the mid and upper 70s along the coast and mid 80s for inland valleys. The early morning hours have been quite chilly compared to this time yesterday, with lows touching down to the low 50s inland and low 60s along the coast.
