Crafting and fabrics retailer Joann has announced it now plans to shut down and close all of its store locations after conducting going-out-of-business sales. The company sought Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection for the second time in less than a year back in January, and had a plan approved that would close over 500 of its 800 U.S. locations.
