A building that is home to a brewery and coffee shop caught fire in Seattle's Interbay neighborhood overnight. The building houses Rooftop Brewing and Ladro Roastery and is also home to the Smash That Burger Co. food truck. The owner of Ladro Roastery said the damage is concentrated in that area of the building. They reported that some of the company's roasting equipment is damaged and they have also lost some stock of espresso beans.
