The 16-year-old Edmonds boy charged with shooting and killing 13-year-old Jayda Woods-Johnson in the Alderwood Mall food court was re-arrested after being charged as an adult. Samuel L. Gizaw was taken into custody the night of July 9 and is being held on $2 million bail. He was charged for first- and second-degree murder, assault and a juvenile in possession of a firearm.
