One person is dead after they were shot and killed by Port Angeles police Friday morning. According to the Clallam County Sheriff's Office, two PAPD officers responded to the Chase Bank on Front Street after being notified of a "hold up" alarm. When they arrived, they encountered a man who was reportedly armed with a handgun. Officials say the man was non-compliant and "was associated with the reported bank hold up."
