Sweetgreen, a fast-food restaurant that specializes in healthy meals, is expected to open its first eatery in Seattle on Tuesday. The restaurant will be located at 801 Lenora Street in the Denny Triangle neighborhood. It’s Sweetgreen’s second location in Washington state with the first one opening in January in Totem Lake.
