One person died after an accident sent their vehicle onto a concrete barrier on Interstate 5 in downtown Seattle Monday morning. The car was towed away shortly before 11:30 a.m., and all lanes reopened. According to the Washington State Patrol, crews were able to extract the 55-year-old man from his truck and take him to Harborview Medical Center, where he was in critical condition until he died hours later.
