Saturday marked a fresh start for an iconic fruit and produce stand in Seattle’s Beacon Hill, reopening for business. MacPherson's Fruit and Produce reopened on March 9 after it closed last fall following nearly 40 years in business. "I was not expecting it to reopen, I thought it was going to be another Seattle business that disappeared,” said Daniella Nicholas. MacPherson's fruit and Produce is officially back, after being closed for about five months. "I was so sad,” said Nicholas. “As you can see it's a really important place for everybody." This stand has been offering a wide assortment of goods for nearly four decades.
