A pursuit in Thurston County ended in the arrest of a convicted criminal on Wednesday morning. According to court documents, deputies with the Thurston County Sheriff's Office pulled a driver over at around 8 a.m. for traffic infractions, including a broken tail light and a tinted license plate cover. During the traffic stop on 80th Avenue Southeast in Lacey, the driver said he didn't have his license on him and gave deputies a fake name. The suspect told the deputy to "write him a ticket or let him go." When he was told that was no longer an option, he started to turn on his ignition.
