Crews are restoring power to thousands after snow fell in western Washington overnight into Thursday morning. Puget Sound Energy is reporting fewer than 10,000 customers without power, after more than 20,000 customers were left in the dark earlier in the day. Outages were mostly clustered around Olympia and elsewhere across Thurston County, and on parts of the Kitsap peninsula around Bremerton, Poulsbo, and Gig Harbor.
