The teen suspects arrested on Feb. 1 in connection with two intentional hit-and-runs in Seattle last November were formally charged Tuesday, Feb. 6. A 15-year-old boy faces two counts of second-degree assault with a deadly weapon, two counts of hit-and-run and two counts of possession of a stolen vehicle. A 13-year-old girl faces two counts of first-degree assault and two counts of taking a motor vehicle without permission. The assault charges were amended from assault in the second degree.
