The 21-year-old man accused of shooting and killing a rideshare driver in Edmonds pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder on Monday, Feb. 5. Alex Matthew Waggoner remains in jail on $1 million bail. A trial date is scheduled for Feb. 29. Abdikadir Shariif, 31, was killed in his car near 236th Street Southwest and Edmonds Way on Jan. 3.
